All orders are normally dispatched within one working day from receipt of your order. Orders received over the weekend will be despatched on Monday (except for Bank Holidays).
All our orders are dispatched via courier or Royal Mail. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
For Retail customers deliveries within UK are charged £2.95 and delivery to ROI is €5.00.
Registered Trade Account orders are charged at £6.00 / €7.50 (plus VAT).
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of UK or Ireland.

We hope that you are pleased with the products you purchase from Bronze Direct. But if you are not happy, you can return your item for a refund.
To arrange a return simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will send you details of how to return items to us.
Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for a refund or replacement.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be credited using the same payment method that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
We can only process your refund or exchange when we receive the product back. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. Please ensure that all items being returned are complete, with original packaging, and are securely sent.
If goods are not received in a fully saleable condition, they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
You are responsible for appropriately packaging your returned items.
